Every Metropolitan Police officer used to be issued with a form ( Form 29 ?), carried at all times in the pocketbook and to be used when dealing with injured horses - might still have mine, but I'm not sure anyone ever actually used one ! #Police Metropolitan Police Museum & Crime Museum

My lovely neighbour has proudly shown me their #familytree #pedigree drawn up in the #70s and going back to 1369. Asked me to check it over and it looks like it is the wrong line from about 1807 back ... #Awkward #Genealogy
