        I've been waiting for the day I could make this video! Retrotransposons are reprogrammed for pretty efficient gene insertion up to 12.7kb in user-defined genomic targets. Small deletion + insertion possible too. Awesome work from Jonathan Gootenberg Omar Abudayyeh Chris Fell
