Losing teams lack accountability.

Average teams rely on coaches for it.

Winning teams have captains who lead.

But. on championship teams, accountability is everyone’s responsibility.

That’s the difference.

It’s not someone else’s responsibility to pick up after you. Do the little things right all the time, and eventually the big things will take care of themself.
