Conard Swim and Dive moved to 5-0 on the season, 2-0 in the CCC West in a closely contested meet at Cornerstone against Farmington.  The final score was 94-86.  Conard trailed Farmington the from the first event through the seventh event.

In the eighth event the 500 Free, Meghan Jo, Lucy Pincince and Kayla Lowney teamed up for a 1-3-4 finish to tie the meet at 60-60.  Farmington jumped right back in front by winning the 200 free relay.  Conard’s 2-3 finish kept it close at 68-66.

The 100 backstroke was next and the team of Gracie Lowney, Rosie Alonzo and Cece Peck teamed up for a 1-3-4 finish, giving Conard its first lead of the day at 77-73.  Farmington closed the gap to 84-82 Conard heading into the days last race, the 400 freestyle relay.

The Conard team of Jo, J Harhay, Pincince and G Lowney brought home the win as they swam a season best time. Other winners on the day for Conard were Jo in the 200 free and Gabby Alekshun in diving.
