Yesterday, we appeared before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley, two employees of Springfield Public Schools who were forced to commit to “anti-racism” and with the help of SLF, filed a First Amendment lawsuit.

We are proud to stand with the students at the University of New Mexico who just wanted to exercise their basic 1A rights to host speaker Riley Gaines with the help of Leadership Institute but were punished for their views with enormous security fees. More at the link below.
