I was surprised to find that pound stretcher used planograms. I thought they just threw stock on the shelves.

I'm now walking across the shop floor with a box that tells everybody that I'm carrying tobacco. Madness.

I always get a lovely warm feeling inside when a planogram comes to fruition. Fabulous
