As someone who had to regularly phone people to tell them their loved one was dying and they couldn’t see them, saw parents separated as they children clung on to life, can I say that the “stuff around partygate” was absolutely not overblown. I remain spectacularly angry.

I would have probably mentioned that Dyson owns 36,000 acres of farmland in England which was previously liable for zero inheritance tax

A reminder that the cost of completely abolishing tuition fees is less than the yearly cost of the triple lock of pensions. Worth remembering when ministers insist that young people must pay even more for the education their parents and grandparents got for free.

An important reminder today for Londoners: our city is - and will always be - for everyone. We will always be pro-women, pro-diversity, pro-climate and pro-human rights. These are some of the values that will continue to bind us together as Londoners.

Europeans need to be frank: The "free world" will be led by a convicted felon & demagogue who doesn’t share our values but wants to destroy them. Liberal democracy is in peril. Is Europe prepared? No. Can it be & will we see real 🇪🇺 leadership we desperately need ? Hopefully!
