It's pretty sad Xbox Support won't even talk to me about a busted Series X console.

Oh how I love Microsoft for closing its physical locations. Now I have to send my busted Series X in the mail just for them to charge me 80% of what it's worth to fix since Xbox Support won't reply to what I've said about how a 2 year old Series X is busted

Yeah, I'm officially calling out Xbox and Xbox Support for letting the "top of line" gaming system fail just after 2 years of playing on it. For them to charge me 60% of a new system. IT SHOULD NOT FAIL THIS HARD SO DAMN EARLY

Since Xbox and Xbox Support don't have a logical reason why their top of the line series x is faulty. I'm starting to switch over to pc and other gaming systems.
