New work from our group led by Pamela Piña S. & Carol Fernandez Hazim, MD. ➡️Subclinical atherosclerosis detected on non-contrast, routine chest CT as CAC or TAC-> higher mortality in young patients with LDL-C>190 mg/dL. ➡️9% had CAC & 14%TAC ➡️CAC was associated with increased all cause
