**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Sophie Jones joined the team Chamberlain Court Care Home Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in November 2018. Sophie loves having fun at work & having a laugh with the residents. She enjoys getting to know the residents and shows a real interest in their lives.

**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Rosie Hayward joined Chamberlain Court Care Home Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in August 2020 as one of our Carers. Rosie came straight from 6th Form & hopes to become an Occupational Therapist. She loves working on our Dementia Community and always has a smile on her face.
