Cotter girls get the top seed in Section 1AA, will host St. Charles at 7 p.m. on Thursday. Lewiston-Altura is the 13, will travel to Dover-Eyota on Thursday at 7 as well. Rushford-Peterson gets the 3 in Section 1A, hosting Schaeffer Academy at 7 Thursday
