Today, I completed the two day #MentalHealthFirstAider course from MHFA England®. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of MH conditions and how we can support others.

Wherever you go in England this summer, you're very likely to see a St John volunteer or two (or two hundred!). The team in green are at events up and down the country keeping people safe - say hello if you see us 💚
