A fantastic time trial event today. With lots of SC forces attending. During the event Officers from Cambs Special Constabulary Herts Specials and Bedfordshire Police SC ended up dealing with a shoplifting in Wolverhampton, with one arrested and paperwork dealt with. Well done all and thank you!!
