What a fantastic day yesterday supporting 1965 PTSD Awareness and other charities at the TV's Cops & Cars event. PC Ian Cosgrove (from TV's Motorway Cops) and I loved doing the Q&A session, we had a laugh & met some lovely people. Shout out for those sausage sandwiches though 😁

Report of ongoing residential burglary, we attend & are first to arrive. Enter premises with district cops & suspect is located upstairs.....having a shower! Think they were hoping for a clean getaway 🤦‍♂️ 1 arrested & on way to custody where a fresh towel was waiting

I'm down in the big smoke next week. Done all the usual touristy things when I worked down there in my CTU & SFO days so am looking for different London things/places etc to visit. Only there for 2 nights so feel free to share your suggestions, ta very much
