Darren Cousins, Consultant for Sexual Health and HIV at Cardiff Royal Infirmary was listed for his work to make healthcare more accessible and relevant to those who need it. He helped develop the HIV Action Plan and setting up a national Fast Track Cymru organisation.

Darren Cousins Lisa Cordery-Bruce She/her 🏳️‍🌈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 has helped young people across Wales set up their own peer support groups and contributed to the Welsh Government's school guidance on supporting trans youth.

Sophie connects with surgeries across Wales to ensure they can meet the needs of LGBTQ+ patients.
