Day 2 - the International Symposium CURO-π5 "Madonna mic" is donned this AM by Colin Nuckolls Columbia Chemistry (IOCB Prague Keynote Speaker) & Marina A Petrukhina, both giving masterclasses on curved pi-systems for energy storage. I've always wanted to see Colin speak & it's great to see Marina speak again!🔋🤩

Isobe reminds International Symposium CURO-π5 of the downfall of the Job Plot in favor of multiple equilibrium models (Palli Thordarson) & F-/P-/weighted AIC goodness-of-fit tests to carefully discern stoichiometry. Basically, watch out for errors if the host-guest system is not precisely nested! 👌🏼
