Proud day for COSJatSC today as five of our star journalists, Danny Priest, Joe Arruda, Irene Rotondo, Jack Margaros, and Kris Rhim scored "Mark of Excellence" awards from the Society of Professional Journalists. Excellence Springfield Student -- it's a way of life.
At the conclusion of the semester, Professor of Communications, Laura Dubowski, will be enjoying her retirement. In her years at Springfield she has used her experience in the field to help develop young journalists. 📝 Collin Atwood (Collin Atwood) buff.ly/3gA5Kzo

Honored to be hosting JRSportBrief on our Springfield College campus today, chatting with the remarkable COSJatSC students—spreading his message, and moving the needle in remarkable and important ways. Welcome to Alden Street, JR.
Here's some more images from JRSportBrief's visit with our COSJatSC #WeAreCOSJ family Monday--a day that concluded with a live broadcast of his national CBS Sports Radio show from our WSCB, Birthplace Audio Studios.
So honored to have been asked to introduce Céline Gounder, MD, ScM, FIDSA 🇺🇦! Thank you to Lit, Writing, and Journalism for the opportunity and to Dr. Gounder for the amazing conversations.
The tradition returns!!! My COSJatSC #SportsBroadcasting class resumed its tradition of full-scale broadcasts today. Garrett Cote @jacsaintj and David Kilburn were elite on the call for a true corn-hole classic. Teaching and learning. Believe the hype.
Shout out to the hardest-working college media crew around. COSJatSC students returned to campus a week early to cover the Hoophall Classic and produce several dozen stories across platforms, including a special issue of Springfield Student. And they’re not done yet! #proudadvisor
