The broad umbrella category of government responses to citizen-led accountability initiatives is unpacked into three overlapping categories: responses, responsiveness, and accountable responsiveness (RRA)

The public financial management system is the main conduit through which a public service can progress from non-responsiveness through the three RRA categories
