Could be a triple crown of sorts for Canon-McMillan’s Rose Kuchera today at WPIAL championships. Here she wins the 100 hurdles. She already won triple jump. Favorite in long jump also.

Competed in the WPIAL Championship for track and field over the past two days and came home with the gold! Than you so much to Lance Vallee for all the support this season. Nothing would have been possible without your coaching. Looking forward to states next week!
