A pleasure to be in Richard Ayres’s PD lesson today! A master class in how to deliver an engaging lesson, with lots of intertwined TLAC techniques that meant this lesson was just a joy! Scholars held mature discussions on a sensitive subject. What a place Astrea Academy Woodfields is!

At our last PD strategy day our team requested some lessons on the rise of hate crime in football ⚽️ Interested to talk with scholars and find out their views about why this has risen and how we might tackle this #personaldevelopment

Lots of great sessions here, I’m looking forward to learning more about diversity, teaching toxic masculinity and engaging with LGBTQ+ in between sharing all my enthusiasm for PD and booklets 👌🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼
