My Dad would be so proud today, he was one of the very first Panel Members of Children's Hearings Scotland in 1971 & this is the latest iteration of how Scottish Parliament leads the way in seeing children as children first.

The Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill has passed! This is an incredible step forward for children in conflict with the law in Scotland.
