We thank Carl E. Heastie Governor Kathy Hochul Sen. Stewart-Cousins for allocating $8.282M in the state budget for the Foster Youth College Success Initiative. While it falls short of our $10M ask, it's a crucial step forward. We hope to expand this support to reach more students next year.
