Keep it in perspective: jails are for profit. Not for justice. There is a per-day fee for each person held incarcerated and real economic incentives to grow jails, not empty them.

Apps come and go, but chess is still king. A little strategy and a lot of learning happening amongst our youth at a recent chess night 📸 tcbnharlem

At BronxConnect we have three values that guide our organization: Redemption, Love, & Action. Having Redemption as an organizational value ensures that everyone has the opportunity to turn it around and do the right thing.

Alongside a recent "End Gun Violence" basketball tournament, you would've found us close by tabling for #right2remainsilent. We were at Fred Samuels Park recently building momentum for the next session! You can start getting involved today!

The question is: are we doing our part to help the formerly incarcerated reenter well? Reentry resources start at the basic necessities like clothing, food and shelter, but it continues with helping to find employment, access mental health resources, and more.
