There were some brilliant talks from the CDD's invited speakers this morning. We're looking forward to seeing what our colleagues from Centre for Neglected Tropical Diseases (CNTD) and Centre for Snakebite Research & Interventions have in store this afternoon.

We had a fantastic day at the Research Centre Showcase yesterday with the CDD's invited speakers, Manu De Rycker from Drug Discovery Unit and Richard Urbanowicz from Inst of Infection Veterinary & Ecological Sciences, kicking off the day with two fascinating talks about their groundbreaking drug discovery #research.
It was fantastic to welcome so many colleagues from across LSTM and partner universities to our Research Centre Showcase earlier this week. We heard about just some of the groundbreaking science being done by Centre for Neglected Tropical Diseases (CNTD), Centre for Drugs and Diagnostics (CDD) and Centre for Snakebite Research & Interventions and how it is changing lives.
