We often subject murder suspects to metal fitnesses tests before taking plea. Perhaps it is time we subjected some Judges and Magistrates to similar tests. What is happening at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Divisions of the Chief Magistrate and the High Court is appalling. ^DoS

Effective 1.7.2020 all orders issued by Courts in Nairobi have a barcode. Whoever wants to verify the authenticity of the order need not go back to Court or the Attorney General as falsely asserted by CS Interior Dr Fred Matiang’i. Let us go digital and not analogue. ^POLSK
