When you’re introducing the concept of schema to students it can be difficult. After a few introductory lessons, I asked them to use their schema to make connections to our read aloud&THIS was the end result. I’ve never been so happy to clean off a whiteboard before in my life 🤗

Ashley’s Woods @ Butler is getting a much needed touch-up in prep for one of our local Girl Scout Troops (#2539) to begin work this spring/summer! Once assessed, safety precautions were made and #CBSDFEMO arrived to fix! New path, w/fresh wood chips and tables will be updated!

Happy 100’s Day from Butler - the hundredth day of school! Many 100-themed activities throughout the day in our classrooms - and even in-costume as 100-year old students (and teacher)!
