Well, based on what we saw & ate today, Mesen is going to be one to watch. Everything over coals, and a menu inclusive of vegetarians & vegans while serving some hefty meat dishes, it's a quietly elegant space. One to book soon. Oh- and have the chicken crackling flatbread.

...and drank too. Sparking cider from El Gaitero the predictable highlight, though many of the spirits are from much closer to home.
