We're investigating an issue where the fix in 7.3.0.5 for Warlord totem spawning has negatively affected all totem spawns in the Warlord's Ruin Dungeon.

1. The fix will be reverted in January 23's 7.3.0.6 update.
2. We are continuing to investigate a new fix for a future update.
