Awesome race last night at Charlotte in High Line Racing League dev! Led some laps, had what I think was the winning strategy but a caution came out late during green flag pit stops, this is one that got away, rallied back to p3 so i am very pleased with that! Thanks The Bucky Birt Show 🎙

Went to McDonald's to celebrate but unfortunately none of the employees knew who Bubba was when I mentioned he won today McDonalds should put Bubba Wallace stand ups in their stores. Sponsors use to engage more back in the day- Driver stand-ups in grocery stores, gas stations etc

We use to see it everywhere back in the 90s, early 2000s whether it was walking in a store & seeing cardboard cutouts, blow up race cars sponsored by beer or seeing Jeff Gordon in a Fritos commercial! Miss the days of asking if I could have/buy after they’re done using it

But does the average non race fan watching the Domino’s commercial know who Denny Hamlin is? People use to know who Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon and Richard Petty were & they’ve never seen a race in their life. Brand & sponsor identity was HUGE back then. Now? Just cut the check
