This week, year 1 have explored measuring length and height using cubes and rulers! Victorious Academies Trust

Last week Hazel class set up a Science experiment to investigate what seeds need to germinate and grow. We are looking forward to finding out if our predictions are correct this week!

In Reception last week the children were reading the story 'Supertato'.  The children created their own Supertato models in the playdough and designed masks to become superheroes.

Cherry Blossom Class enjoyed exploring levers in science. The children made and tested catapults, changing one of the variables (such as the position of the fulcrum) to investigate how it affected how far or high the load was projected! Victorious Academies Trust

Over the past few weeks Yoga has been our PE focus.
Year 1 have worked on their breathing, flexibility & balance ready for gymnastics. We had a cricket experience with Hope from Lancashire cricket club. We were super impressed with the children’s batting and throwing skills. 🏏
