Looks like I signed up for the MassGeneral Medicine “FLARE” listserv just in time. Thoughtful and comprehensive review of the key themes related to #HealthEquity and #COVID19. And another reminder of how journalists have truly led the discussion in this space. cc @VBKerry Bryn Falahee, MD

Harvard Medical School let’s make a stronger commitment to financially investing in heath equity, starting with our own backyard in Boston If you’re HMS faculty/alum/trainee/staff who agrees, sign your support ➡️ tinyurl.com/ycksdofg

Overjoyed to join the Brigham and Women's Medicine Residents family! I’m continually inspired by the commitment to health equity long exemplified by so many of the faculty, residents, and alumni. Honored to be given the opportunity to join this incredible group of people working for health justice!

Today is about those who were with me on this journey, who taught me more than I could have imagined in 5yrs, my Boston community, my family, friends, colleagues, mentors, & patients. I cannot wait to jump into 3 more years of service to my patients & community at Brigham and Women's Medicine Residents.

In JGIM Journal of General Internal Medicine, @VBKerry and I explore why it is imperative to embrace social engagement in academic medicine, ongoing challenges, & how to move forward: rdcu.be/cxA4i #engagedscholarship Brigham and Women's Medicine Residents MassGeneral Medicine Brigham and Women's Hospital Harvard Medical School
