Horrible is the man ( Chris O'Shea) who fired all the staff and shipped the call centres out to Johannesburg, meaning you can't get through.

Quite remarkable that British Gas couldn’t even acknowledge their unethical forced installation of pre-payment meters today. The regulator Ofgem promises to take action against energy suppliers in breach of their licence conditions. We on @CommonsBEIS expect that to happen.
