It's day 5 of the WilliamsWarn pilsner kit brew. So far everything is text book. The BrewKeg comes with excellent instructions. The BrewKeg has now been put in Brew Day's kegerator to bring down the temperature for fining. We will be using the WilliamsWarn finings.

Tried this interesting take on a Saison. We loved the complexity of flavour from the yuzu, sake yeast and the malted rice, Kome Kouji! Hitachino Nest are certainly doing some different beers. Anyone made anything similar to this?

Always a pleasure to meet up with the Big Skies crew. Helped them brew their Brut IPA, Air Of Arrogance. It's an absolutely belting pint, Light colour, reserved bitterness and a super crisp finish. Using an enzyme to achieve a FG of 1.000! Champagne glasses optional!
