My goal was to capture the magic of the visual experience, and I hope this photo evokes similar emotions I experienced while watching it.

I helped a 2-year-old boy who was lost and frightened.

He was shaking, with tears in his eyes, but he wasn’t making a sound. I had my own plans, and I almost missed him.

I asked, “Are you lost?” He reached out his arms, so I picked him up.

I asked him a few more…

The best thing we can do for the world is heal ourselves… And put a few drops of health in the churning ocean of collective trauma.

When I saw the white Camry pull up, I knew it was my Uber ride from the hotel to the airport so I hopped into the backseat. The driver quickly got out of the car and ran over to a hotel valet attendant. They talked intensely for a minute. I was so confused.
