The United States has not imposed tariffs on Russia citing its low levels of trade. But it has imposed tariffs on countries with whom it does even less trade- the Falklands, Nepal etc. This is very alarming indeed and is indefensible. We need CANZUK now more than ever!

Unfortunate to see Reform talking down this major post-Brexit trade deal with India by the Labour government. Reform: Biggest bunch of fake patriots I’ve seen. Stirring up xenophobia towards Indians when U.K. workers in India get reciprocal exemptions on National Insurance.

Extraordinary to see so called Brexiteers attacking a free trade deal between the UK and the biggest economy in the Commonwealth. The NIC thing is reciprocal. What we are seeing is Reform stirring up racism against Indian workers here in the UK and it is disgusting.

The Economist estimates that the annual costs of Reform UK’s manifesto would be around £200bn and savings around £100bn. The gap would amount to a colossal fiscal shock, blowing up the deficit and straining the gilt market to its limit econ.st/4jGgTfP

Was very sorry to learn of the passing of Patrick O'Flynn Different politics but a good man, strong campaigner, excellent writer and decent fellow. He was always kind and helpful to us on the labour side who supported Brexit. Go with God and rest in peace.

Reform are like a bunch of children stamping their feet “I want it now” “it’s not enough” #StampsFeet Net-migration is down. It will continue to fall. You’re getting what you want. Labour are sorting the issue. Pour yourselves a pint. Have a nap and dream off to the 1950s.

Disgusting that this still continues. I'd like to see how the hunters do against these animals without the gun...I know where I'd put my money. independent.co.uk/news/world/afr…

God Bless the great Commonwealth of Canada. Strong and Free, linked forever with heart and hand to Great Britain and the other free nations of the Commonwealth against all aggression. 🇬🇧 🇨🇦

Reform are not a serious party. This week they came to Kent to announce DOGE’s arrival and two days later two of their team (Chairman included) resign. Reform are playing politics with people’s lives and services. Labour has a patriotic duty to smash them at the next election.

Graz is a beautiful city. Austria is the most wonderful place in all Europe. So sad to see the terrible news of the shooting. God Bless! Land der Berge, Land am Strome

Great Britain should not be dragged into another war in the Middle East. Neither should we be facilitating other nations committing war against each-other in the region. This is not our war.

Under Reform the administration of the county of Kent has ground to a halt. Everything either cancelled or postponed. These absolute clowns got elected on a promise of change and now they are total shirkers. Do the job you were elected to do! democracy.kent.gov.uk/mgCalendarMont…

For the very first time, migrants arriving via small boat will be detained and returned to France in short order. This Government is breaking the business model of criminal smuggling gangs and securing our borders.
