STORM AT THE BEACH-Bob Almirall sent this video from Isles of Palms as thunderstorms rolled through earlier Tuesday. No injuries were reported from the flying umbrellas. This is exactly why people should seek shelter when a warning is issued - NOT when the winds start picking up.

I was trying to find a radar off the Mexican coast to take a look at Hurricane #ERICK. Shockingly there are NO radars on the Pacific coast of southern Mexico. It’s moments like this that I really appreciate how awesome NOAA’s radar system is in the United States.
