Challenge learners and pique their interest, as they can often learn independently.

Ensure training programs address genuine needs not readily solvable online.

If you're teaching someone how to swim, you're not going to have them read a whole book on swimming and then throw them into the deep end.

#Learning should not just be a bunch of theories and lectures and presentations.
