Remember all the rules and expectations in the world can’t help a child who needs to burn off energy. I would let them go to back of class & do sit-ups, push-ups or planks & amazing how it helped them focus & stay on task. Kids aren’t designed to sit all day! Neither are adults!

Great ending to a successful first season for our BMS Bobcats! Congrats to Mckenzie Alexander for her top 25 finish in the State Championship this past Monday. Also, thank you to our 8th graders Callie Freeman & Jackson Parker for laying a solid foundation for future Bobcats!
