3 years ago, a council knowingly increased traffic congestion, vehicle miles driven & emissions on a road where a child died due to air pollution exposure. They said the LTN would reduce car use and increase walking & cycling but instead it delayed buses and worsened air quality.

Thoughts on this please …. Adult what looks like 3 children in front of the cargo bike going through a red light and then what appears to be a green man for pedestrians while people crossing. Me personally would not risk my children’s lives plus I would want to set an example.
