Whew! It looks as the current series of ☁️storms 🌧️ is mostly done, but more rain is in the forecast for parts of California this week. Remember to turn off your sprinkler systems. #AtmosphericRiver

If Governor Gavin Newsom is so concerned about "wasting" #stormwater out to the #ocean, then he probably shouldn't have VETOED our bill last year (AB 2106) to require commercial property to help capture stormwater and reuse it as a #cawater resource! bit.ly/3IsRBlk

Breaking News! Assembly Bill 753 (Diane Papan) passed its biggest hurdle today and advanced to the Senate Floor! It’s time the California Water Boards sends #cawater enforcement fines back to the community harmed by the violation!

Congratulations to Assemblymember Diane Papan for this critical piece of legislation now sitting on Gavin Newsom's desk. Our most disadvantaged communities in California deserve clean water, and a system that holds polluters accountable.
