As a coach, you need to be able to adapt your coaching style to who you are coaching. Behind your coaching style is your values and beliefs. Whether you're coaching 8 or 28 year olds, a first team, or a foundation phase team, you should stick to what you believe in.

Raphael Varane retires. A truly great defender. A pity for United they signed him ten years later than intended. His contributions to the League Cup and FA Cup wins were still profound, despite injury issues at #mufc.

If your player does not like Training Games, for example … ▪️3v3 ▪️4v4 ▪️7v7 ▪️9v9 … etc. And all variations of these, then perhaps he/she does not like soccer or to compete. And that’s OK. Plenty of other options out there. 👍 #TOVO

Meanwhile in Turkey, Mourinho was upset that Dzeko’s goal was ruled offside too quickly so he did the only logical thing… he setup his laptop in front of the camera showing the decision. This is why he’s the Special One. THIS is football heritage. 😂
