To support Peelโs Black community to get vaccinated, we've partnered with Roots Community Services, Bramalea CHC, Four Corners HC & opened a Vaxx Pop-up at the Bramalea Civic Centre. From today until June 11, Brampton and Malton residents 18+ can book an appointment at rootscs.org/covid-19
Great experience getting vaccinated at the Black, African and Caribbean pop-up clinic. Community-specific vaccine clinics are a great way to increase accessibility and reduce vaccine hesitancy! I was lucky to sit in the chair of none other than Brampton West MP kamalkhera!
The Vaxx Pop-up at Bramalea Civic Centre is open until June 11 ๐ With support from Roots Community Services, Bramalea CHC, Four Corners HC, this clinic is working to deliver 14,000 vaccines to those 12+ in their community ๐ Walk-in from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. or book: rootscs.org/covid-19
Recruiting women in Canada with lived experience of high blood pressure during pregnancy. We need 20 minutes of your time for a phone call about a question list that may improve communication about your future heart health! Reply or email me: [email protected]
Through partnerships with Roots Community Services, Four Corners HC, Black Health Task Force of Peel, Black Health Alliance & Black Physicians' Association of Ontario we can educate, break barriers and increase access to vaccination in inclusive spaces. By getting vaccines in arms, we can all get back to doing what we love; with those we love.โค๏ธ
