Asian Openbill just back from a walk round the local rice fields. Not much doing but this bird alighted in a tree very near me. Now I missed the right wing tip out of the frame but I rather like this crop of what is not exactly a handsome Stork. Avibase (Denis Lepage)

The Garden From the middle of May to this week.

Borage, one of the strangest flowers in the garden along with Hollyhock with it's almost ultra violet flowers, vibrant Rhododendron and Azaleas.

The bunnies really like the long grass to be close while they nibble at the freshly mowed lawn.
