Don’t miss the presentation by Maria Turkina Thursday this week 5/5 at 11 on the topic of ”Multi-omics characterization of colistin response in extensively drug-resistant clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii”. Organized together with BioMS Sweden and SciLifeLab.
Hope to see you at the SwedishProteomicsSociety annual meeting in Stockholm in November. Theme of the meeting is clinical proteomics! mkon.nu/sps_2022 SciLifeLab BioMS Sweden
Enjoying an amazing presentation in cross-linking MS by Fan Liu Fan Liu lab at the 25th Sweprot meeting! Extremely interesting research providing inspiration on how to develop our approches on cross-linking MS at BioMS Sweden and SciLifeLab as well as in my own research on IDPs.
Join our national MS-based proteomics seminar Thursday this week 15/9 at 11, when André Mateus from Umeå University will talk about ”Mapping bacterial functional proteomes with thermal proteome profiling”. Organized together with BioMS Sweden and SciLifeLab.
Don’t miss this week’s seminar! Jochen Schwenk will be talking about the dynamic architecture of the circulating proteome.
The last session of the #SPS2022STHLM meeting will be on Structural Proteomics and forward looking towards the Nordic Proteomics Society meeting in Lund 2023! Chaired by lotta happonen we will hear about HDX-MS and novel algorithms in discovery proteomics.
Very nice to meet the Swedish proteomics community at the SwedishProteomicsSociety meeting earlier this week #SPS2022STHLM
Join us this spring for some exciting MS-based proteomics seminars for students, postdocs and researchers active in Sweden! The seminars are organized bi-weekly on Thursdays at 11-12 via zoom, starting on March 2nd. Organised together with BioMS Sweden and SciLifeLab.
We continue with our popular zoom-based seminar series in mass spectrometry-based proteomics this autumn! These seminars are organised together with BioMS Sweden and the SciLifeLab ISB platform. The first seminar will be on September 7th by Roman Zubarev at KI.
