This Sunday in Manchester The Stoller Hall 🎶

Having just finished another bout of essay marking, I am increasingly concerned about the proliferation junk/predatory journals with names like 'The International Journal of . . . . ' that are being cited by students who don't know how mediacre their contents are.

Yet another invitation to be on the board of a predatory journal and referee articles on a topic about which I know absolutely nothing. After a little investigation I discovered that the invitation was from an undergraduate intern in a completely unrelated subject area.
