His Majesty The King granted Dhar to appoint the Chairperson and Commissioners of Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) at the Tashichhodzong today.

Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen graced the opening of the Sustainable Finance for Tiger Landscapes Conference, a globally significant summit co-organised by the Royal Government of Bhutan and the Tiger Conservation Coalition, at Dungkar Dzong in Pangbisa, Paro.

Tshering Peldon, 43, made Bhutanese history by becoming the first woman to reach Mount Everest's base in just six days, half the usual time. She walked 18-20 kms a day to make the feat possible.
