Having concluded a 4-day State Visit to Bangladesh, His Majesty The King arrived in Gelephu yesterday.

On the fourth day of the visit, His Majesty travelled to the northern region of Bangladesh to visit Kurigram, the proposed site for a Special Economic Zone for Bhutan.

On 27 March 2024, the Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) received a donation of four firefighting vehicles from the Government of Japan, marking a significant boost to RBP’s firefighting capabilities.
