Food Solutions Action's Future of Protein dinner at Mulvaney's this week. California state lawmakers, led by Ash Kalra and Josh Newman, were treated to our mycoprotein steak, foie gras, and bacon. As you can tell from the look on Jacqui Irwin's face, animal-free foods were a hit!
