We run a small business importing Hungarian fine food and wine. This year is extremly difficult because of Brexit, import regulations and all the trimmings. Than Royal Mail strikes came along so we hade a contract with @DPD. Their service is something from the hell.

Recent weeks they are breaking our fool proof packages, losing them as well. DPD can’t keep the delivery dates, constantly behind the schedule.

Today the DPD driver failed to turn up, while we have 50 packages to dispatch. When contacted the customer service they couldn’t care less. No van, no alternatives. All the area managers’s mobile phones switched off, no one to contact.

Royal Mail workers are on strike, our customers expecting their Christmas orders and no nationwide delivery service available! What a joke!
