York Barbican Requiring a paid Nimbus Access Card £15 to view/book accessible seating is exclusionary Non-disabled customers do not have to buy a card to access tickets Accessibility cannot be conditional on payment or membership. This is not a legal requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
So this morning I attempt to order tickets for Gary Numan at the Palace Bowl but the venue insists on a Nimbus Disability Card. No route to apply without one. That's why disabled people are so annoyed. This IS illegal. It can be A route but not the ONLY route. So no Numan for me.
